If you are helping your child to practice at home, however tempting it may be, please DO NOT allow them to attempt exercises from a higher level. Levels are created and strictly adhered to for safety and children are at risk of injury if they try to skip levels (even possibly including long term injury later in life). If you require any help in how to 'spot' your child safely, please ask and we will advise.
