Registering interest
Registering your interest is not a commitment to the trip. It means you will be placed on a register to receive further information and also gains you a place at our meeting on the 10th September where we will relay as much information as we can, answer any questions you may have and allow you to spend some with out 'Focus Group' - a group of parents who attended last time who have agreed to give up their time to speak with new Team members about how they found the process and help with tips such as travel etc.
Final registrations do need to be with us by 1st October so that we can start working on choreography in time for January .

Who can join the trip?
You can bring as many people as you like on the trip and make it a family holiday or you can keep it small and one parent can bring their dance, it is entirely up to you. We will need to have a good idea of numbers by January 2024 as there are only a certain amount of rooms available for group visits so COGO will need to reserve our rooms as early as possible.
Once you have decided WHO will be coming along, we will need names (as shown on passport) and date of birth of each room occupant. Unfortunately last time we had a lot of rooming list changes which did cause us a lot of headaches and we felt as though we were constantly asking for changes to be made to our booking. Please make sure that whoever is coming is certain that they will be joining us and understand that once deposits have been paid to Disneyland Paris they are non- refundable.

Will everyone who registers be accepted?
Unfortunately not. Acceptance onto the team will depend on various factors such as attendance and commitment , length of time with us, strength in dance and a decent knowledge of a good range of steps that would be included in choreography. We will also evaluate your childs general attitude to classes and chat you to you about how we feel they would do during the strict rehearsal process (particularly for the audition stage)
If your child has additional needs, we are more than happy to chat with you about what the rehearsal process and the performance will be like and whether we feel it would be suited to your child.
All dancers must be over the age of 6 years by January 2024.
The pre-parade minimum age is 8 years but not every dancer will be suited to this - it is incredibly difficult to be part of a large formation and the routine travels a long way for about 20 minutes and requires complete focus to keep in line with hundreds of other dancers (with no teachers to supervise). We will advise on an individual basis once we have carried out some trials.
Passports and Visas
British passports currently need to have at least 3 months remaining on the day of return travel to be able to travel to France.
It is important to check passport requirements closer to the time in case of any changes.
If you do not hold a British passport it is highly likely that you will need to apply for a Visa for the trip. In this case, advice should be sought on the Gov.uk website or the applicable consulate in plenty of time.
